03Editorial floor

What we won't do.

Stack-kit refuses the categories of practice that made the supplement industry untrustworthy — and refuses them hardest where they're most common. This is the floor under every protocol we publish.

Kitchen-sink blends

No proprietary blends hiding the individual doses. If we can't name the milligrams, we don't recommend it.

"Biohack" framing

No hacking your sleep, focus, or biology. The mechanism is the mechanism — we name it directly.

Manipulative scarcity

No "only 4 left" countdown timers, no fake low-stock pressure. Real limits are stated plainly, with the reason.

Pharma posturing

No "clinically proven" without the cited trial. No "doctor-formulated" unless the doctor and the trial are named.

Claims without mechanism

Holistic, synergistic, aligned — filler that hides an absent mechanism. We use plain words where the mechanism is real and don't paper over the gaps.

Pseudoscience anywhere

Refused even in the categories full of it. Especially there — that's where rigor pays the reader most.
